The newest Oro Valley recreation facility is the Oro Valley Aquatic Center. It is one of the newest and best. Located in James D. Kriegh Park it is open year-round. This new facility is competition-ready and full of family-friendly amenities for guests of all ages.

The location this Oro Valley recreation facility contains many state of the art features. An interactive splash pad, giant water slide, heated pools, a 25-yard recreation pool, an Olympic Size Competition Pool (Depth: 6.9ft-15ft) (Size: 50 meters) with Colorado timing system.

Additional features are touch pads and score board. There is a classroom for birthday parties, community meetings and CPR classes. For younger families there is a new family changing rooms.

Swimming equipment available for public use, a concession stand, shaded areas, and bleachers for seating during events. The Season schedule varies.

Steam Pump Ranch is the result of the Town of Oro Valley’s historic preservation efforts. Steam Pump Ranch offers residents and visitors an exciting window into the past. The Oro Valley Farmers Market is now at Steam Pump Ranch.
