The community, with 248 homes (single family, garden villa and patio homes) was established in 1986 by the Del Webb Corporation. Control was turned over to Sun City Oro Valley Community Association, Inc. in 1995. Sun City Oro Valley is governed by a seven member Board of Directors elected by the residents with day to day operations managed by professional staff.

The golf course at Sun City Oro Valley, Tucson’s premier active retirement community, is an 18 hole par 72 championship private golf course, although a limited number of non-resident Annual Pass memberships are available. It plays at 5,109 to 6,723 yards and includes multiple tee placements accommodating all skill levels.

Sun City Oro Valley is Tucson ‘s premier active adult resort community. Located in northwest Tucson, Arizona . Over 120 clubs and three recreation centers make this a truly active adult community. Ideally located near shopping, many activities, hospital and the lovely Santa Catalina Mountains.

2 – Vistoso Village
